Which airport do I fly to?
San Javier or Alicante. (pick up and drop off transport is included in price)
Will I lose weight?
 A typical bootcamper can lose between 5lbs – 14lbs.
What do I need to bring to Bootcamp?
When a booking is made we will email you a kit list.
 Are the camps for men and woman?
Yes. Our programmes are designed for men and woman.
 What if I am unfit?
There is no real typical client, regardless of your current fitness levels, our programmes are designed to suit all fitness levels.
