I had Brought a nutrition information pack from one and only bootcamp after speaking with Denise, we decided on this meal plan for me and my husband to follow……….
Tonights meal (with the red pepper!) I wasn’t sure about the cooking times with this it seemed long…plus again I did not personally like the cannellini beans (I am just not a pulses girl) We used spelt (1st time) and loved that. I think next time I would used chicken for the protein instead of the beans, would that work?
So there they all are! We didn’t make the butternut stew as it was late Saturday. Everything else I stuck to and it was great! I know I struggled on that run but like I said I hadn’t the meal the night before and it was a tough run. I was a little worried about how much weight we both lost (Mark 12lbs, Me 9lbs) in a weeks time. I now have to find a happy medium of still losing cause I have another 20+ lbs that I need to lose!
